Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Chapman House Hospice on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Wright). Devoted father of Brandon Long, Whitney (Duane) Littlewood and Nate Long. Proud grandfather of one beautiful granddaughter Sophie. Predeceased by his parents Vernon and Bernice (Cook) Long. Dear brother of Jo-ann Long (John Hughes), Cathy Flear (Grant Squirrell) and Brian Long (Gerri Jolie), stepson of Marj Long, son-in-law of Barb Wright, brother-in-law of Jim (Krista) Wright, Julie Wright, Ted Wright (Val Dobson), step brother of Carrie Voros (Rich) and Steve Oakes. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Rob’s Life will be held at a later date. Please check the funeral home website for updates on dates and times. Spring interment at Dundalk Cemetery. If desired, donations to Chapman House Hospice or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
