Marion was born & raised in Proton Station & Dundalk area. Her proudest accomplishment was being a one room school teacher. She fell in love with Leslie, married for 53 years and together raised their family on a farm on Highway #10 Dundalk, Ontario. After Les’s passing the farm was sold and she moved to Brockville to retire with her daughter Dianne & family close by. Marion had an incredible faith, loved God, first & foremost and served her Dundalk Wesleyan Church faithfully over the many years. After moving to Brockville she attended Centennial Road Church. She loved her husband & family, her former pupils, neighbours & friends over the years, quilting & handywork, her home & gardens, singing & playing the piano, hard work and always being productive.
Marion returned home to Dundalk this week and is now resting at the McMillan & Jack Funeral Home, Dundalk, Ontario. A celebration of life service will be held with limited capacity in the chapel on Sunday February 6, 2022 at 2:30 pm. Spring Interment at Bethel Cemetery, Dundalk.
