Delbert Scott Fowler was called into the presence of his Lord on Sunday, November 19, 2023 in his 97th year. The world has lost a devoted and caring son, brother, husband, father, cousin and friend, who will be dearly missed.
Delbert is survived by children Cindy, Judi (Al), Mark, Keith (Andrea), John (Kristina), Brian (son-in-law); grandchildren Melissa, Christine (Paul), Heather, Amanda (Ryan), Jake, Zachary, Alexander, Natasha, Logan and Matthew, great-grandchildren Ethan, Dominic and Troy, sisters-in-law Edna Kyle and Mary Fowler plus many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Predeceased by his wife Audrey of 53 years, daughter Wendy, son Tim, sister Helen & her husband Bert Rogers, brother Mervyn and brother-in-law John Kyle.
His conviction was that all his ability, talent or skills came from his Creator and sought to use them to serve his Lord to the best of his ability.
Friends and family will be received at the McMillan & Jack Funeral Home, 291 Main Street East, Dundalk on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 p.m. Interment at Ventry Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Ventry Cemetery, Knox Church Toronto World Missions, Scott Mission, Evangel Hall Mission or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
